This item is non-returnable due to the consumable nature of the product.
When to Return a Product?
Returns will be accepted under the following conditions:
1. Defective/ Damaged product.
2. Wrong product delivered.
Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:
1. Returned without original packaging
2. Damaged products reported after 3 days.
Note: Customers are requested to record and share unboxing videos to claim any missing
products. The claim should be raised within 24 hours of receipt of the product, else refund
requests will not be processed.
How do i initiate return request and what happens afterwards?
Please send an email to customercare@mahalaxmifoodandspices.com or call our customer care number. Return request will be reviewed by Mahalaxmi Masala team. After approval, we will take return of the product at our own cost. After the product is received, it is verified against your claim and refund is initiated.
What happens afterward?
It takes between 1-5 working days from the time a request is raised, to the time the product is
delivered back to us. The Exact time would depend on the nature of the product and your
location. Please be assured that we work very hard to ensure that your interests are protected.
